The search committee has had their retreat and are busy planning how to gather the information needed for the Congregational Record (to go out 9/1) and the Informational Packet (to go out late 2009/early 2010)
We will be creating an online survey to be completed in July that is tailored to the information requested in the congregational record.
We will also be signing people up for Cottage Meetings, run by a professional facilitator, which will allow us to gather the more subtle information on who we are, how we deal with adversity and where we want to go. We are planning to have four such meetings in the next few weeks.
